We Only Ship to the US and Canada on all our tangible products.

Orders placed after 4:30pm EST will be shipped out the following business day when all items are in stock. Orders will not be shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will be notified via email when your order ships or of any delays related to your order.

All orders are sent by UPS (United Parcel Service) via the method you select. All orders will be shipped with signature confirmation.

If an order is returned to us because UPS could not obtain a signature and was marked 'Unclaimed,' we will cancel the order and refund the price of the order less the shipping costs.

If an order is returned to us marked 'Undeliverable Address' we will attempt to contact you to try to correct the address or obtain an alternate. We will then ship the order out to the corrected address. If it is returned again, we will cancel the order and return the order cost less the cost of shipping.

Canceling an Order

If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you. Contact us here. Include your order number and the date and time you placed the order. We will cancel the order the day we receive the request.

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase.

Returns

You may return any product within 15 days as long as it is still in the original packaging and in new condition. No returns without prior approval, and absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. All return items must have an RMA number issued by us authorizing the return. Contact us here to request an RMA number. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of not less than 15%, plus pro-rated shipping and handling. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid.

Shipping Errors

Please contact us here immediately upon receiving an order that has incorrect or missing items. Include your order number and what items are missing or incorrect. We will correct the order as soon as possible.
